The premise of God of War 2 was Kratos exacting his revenge on his Father Zeus, but the plot goes off track and Kratos ends up killing Athena, who has been his ally this entire time. But it wouldn’t be a trilogy without God of War 3, so at the end of the game Kratos decided to kill Zeus and everyone marches to Mount Olympus. I face palmed myself at the end of the game.
