9. Fallout 3
Fallout 3 gives you no real conclusion, nor does it have the player go back and continue with the side quests. Each of the endings and choices you make determines the end game, which sums up your life and how good or evil you are. You have to start a new game after the game ends, thus creating a new story. For such a brilliant sequel to such an old-school RPG, you’d expect a little bit more resolution than that.
