TIME-TRAVELLING FRANCIS
Francis is a character that you encounter in one of the Stranger questlines in Red Dead Redemption 2, but things with him only start getting strange as his quest is coming to a close. In Francis’ humble abode, if you study his sketches and drawings, you’ll find sketches of a variety of things- one of them is the Empire State Building. The thing is, the Empire State Building would only be built roughly 30 years after the time period Red Dead Redemption 2 is set in. So is Francis a time-traveller or something, or does he just have a knack for drawing things that don’y yet exist but will look exactly like his drawings once they do? Or are we just overthinking is, and this is just an error on the developers’ part that managed to slip into the game?
