Located in an apartment complex in Cedar Grove, this is where the player will find Claude. Strangely enough, you’ll only find Claude here. The entire area, even outside the complex, lacks any other civilians and it’s not like this is an isolated location. There are theories about the complex having some strange paranormal or demonic being but these remain unfounded. It’s still unsettling all the same.
