Atlus recently hosted a livestream to celebrate the secondary anniversary of Vanillaware’s 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. The sci-fi strategy/adventure game is out now on PS4 but is also confirmed to be releasing for Nintendo Switch on April 12th 2022. Check out the latest trailer below..

Along with alternative costumes for battles, the Nintendo Switch version will also include the digital archives DLC with additional illustrations. English voice-overs will also be included in the Japanese release. Atlus also confirmed in the livestream that it’s sold over 500,000 units worldwide since its initial release in November 2019 for Japan.

As such, despite massive critical acclaim, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is one of the more underappreciated titles in the past few years. You can head here to learn more on why it’s so great or check out our official review here. Stay tuned for more details on the Switch version in the coming months.
