Deacon is a Stalker
Deacon, one of the key members of the Underground Railroad, is a mysterious guy. He seems like a happy-go-lucky, all upfront kind of person when you first meet him, depending on how you play the game anyway. But if you pay close attention to your surroundings, you can find him all throughout your travels, following you while in disguise. For example, you’ll find him as a Diamond City security guard when you first reach the city, or as an onlooker in Good Neighbor when Hancock is delivering his speech. If you try and talk to him, he’ll say one line to you, but you can’t have a conversation with him.
