The Chill: Hidden Winterhold’s Jail Location
Winterhold is the mage’s college in Skyrim. Initially a magical place filled with powerful spell users and heaps of books lined with useful information on all sorts of new spells. But its more sinister than it looks. The Chill is an secret underground prison, hidden from the world. It houses criminals from the college; those who have disobeyed their orders and gone rogue. There are three adept locked cages which guarded by a Frost Atronach. You can also find items such as frost salts, gold ore veins and Orichalcum Ore within this location.
