Raul’s Quests – Fallout: New Vegas
Raul’s companion quest conditions were…odd for a time. While starting the quest seems easy enough – head close to Black Mountain and news of Super Mutants occupying it will provide a new quest. The first problem is that you won’t be strong enough. Also, after getting Raul, his own quest requires speaking to NPCs that you never met before. If you have spoken to them prior to this, then good luck ever completing the quest. This was eventually fixed with a patch though.
