Queen of Cards – Final Fantasy 8

final fantasy 8

Ah, Triple Triad. One of the most unique mini-games introduced with Final Fantasy 8. That being said, the Queen of Cards quest is awful. The goal is to visit said queen and trade unique cards for her father to make new unique ones. The cards just can’t be given though – they must be lost during a game, which can lead to many of your other cards being taken. After each game, the queen goes somewhere else and no, you don’t know where. Furthermore, whatever cards are required – and the resulting unique cards created – are sent to NPCs all across the world. And no, you don’t know where. Better complete this before Disc 4 as well, otherwise the cards are gone forever.
