Disgaea: Hour of Darkness – Laharal
All the Prinny business, irreverent humor and Item World grinding started here. Players assume the role of Laharl, a demon prince who awakens to become king of the NetherWorld. He’s accompanied by demonic vassal Etna and angel trainee Flonne with the overall gameplay following a turn-based, tactical RPG structure (accept viewed through the eyes of madness). Bonus points to the franchise for its fourth wall breaks like calling the mid-boss Vyers, well, “Mid-Boss”.
