Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z:

This third-person action adventure is a part of the Ninja Gaiden series, but will not be putting us in control of the usual protagonist, Ryu Hayabusa. Instead, gamers will be playing as Yaiba Kamikazi. This character is actually a sworn enemy of Hayabusa and has vowed vengeance on him after they met and battle. At the end, Yaiba paid the heavy price of losing his eye and one of his arms. While the character is different, the gameplay is certainly what you’d expect from a Ninja Gaiden game.

Not much sneaking, but an incredible amount of killing, explosions and severed limbs. Yes, there is no real doubt that the Hayabusa clan is full of some heavy-footed,yet incredibly effective killers. Fans of the Ninja Gaiden series will probably enjoy this title and this time we’re being given the opportunity to see Ryu and his clan as an outsider looking in. This game may help breathe some life back into the franchise too, since the last Ninja Gaiden title wasn’t received so well by quite a few gamers. The game will be coming out around the worth at the end of February 2014, and is scheduled for release on the PS3, 360, PC and iOS.
