InFamous: Second Son:
This open world, action title has players taking on the role of another person in the inFamous universe with its own unique powers. The actions from the end of the second game we played as Cole seem to have caused folks with hidden, latent abilities to be awakened. The game looks beautiful and has some great particle and lighting effects that we’ll be seeing a whole lot of with the new character and his powers.
Closing comment:
Action Adventure is a big genre and it’s tough to keep track of all the titles that have potential right before their release, but there are a few that will at least stand out to gamers before their release for a variety of reasons. Action may be your thing, or mystery, or maybe even just some good old fashioned exploration of worlds. Whatever you’re into there is sure to be something coming down the pipe in 2014 for you, regardless of what platform you choose.
