PS One Hundred Million
Though Nintendo and Sega were around for much longer, the PlayStation One is actually the first console to reach a cumulative 100 million units sold since its release. When talking strictly about home consoles and not handhelds, the PlayStation One is only the second console to cross 100 million units sold in its lifetime behind the PlayStation 2 and ahead of the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
