FALLOUT 3 CHARACTERS
Fallout 4 also includes several callbacks to Fallout 3, and many of these come in the form of returning characters. One of these is Elder Arthur Maxson, the leader of the Brotherhood of Steel in the East Coast in Fallout 4. He actually appeared as a somewhat minor NPC in Fallout 3 as well, as a young boy and the descendant of Roger Maxson, the founder of the Brotherhood. Another character you meet is RJ MacCready, who in Fallout 3 was the boy mayor of Little Lamplight, but in Fallout 4, operates as a mercenary in the Commonwealth.
