Smithy – Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Throughout one’s journey in Super Mario RPG, whether it was traveling to Mallow’s home in Nimbus Land or battling the Axiom Rangers, “Smithy” was the giant sword that impaled Bowser’s castle. However, it was revealed to actually be Exor, a member of the Smithy Gang, and a gateway to the mastermind himself. What starts as a simple fight gave way to Smithy changing heads, from a tank and mask to a treasure chest to defeat Mario. Not the toughest fight in the game, for sure, but it lived up to the high stakes.
