Action RPG
Final Fantasy XV is going outside of the realm of Square-Enix’s norm when it comes to this series. Final Fantasy XV will be more action RPG than traditional JRPG style. Why? Because it’s proved popular in western RPG gaming and Square-Enix are trying to build on that success. They’ve implemented action-style gaming into Kingdom Hearts and it works brilliantly. So why not try something new in XV? Final Fantasy has always been a series devoted to reinventing itself and XV will be no exception.
