STARFIELD

Starfield (1)

We didn’t see much of Starfield, honestly, but we did see the game’s engine in action for the first time. Of course, you can’t really say anything for sure until you’ve seen actual gameplay, but much like the Avatar reveal, Starfield’s trailer, which was rendered in-engine and was using game assets, at least gives us a good idea of what to expect from the game, visually speaking. The low-fi aesthetic is definitely giving it an interesting look, while technically, Starfield looks solid as well. Will Bethesda Game Studios be able to maintain that same level of visual fidelity in the game, especially considering their track record with technical hiccups in open world games? That remains to be seen, but we’re definitely curious to find out.
