Dishonored was already a stunning stealth game when it came out, but Dishonored 2 did the impossible and pretty much rendered its predecessor useless thanks to how good it was. In Dishonored 2, everything is about options- the excellent level design lets you get to your objective however you want. The large number of abilities at your disposal lets you choose how to deal with your enemies. The progression allows you to choose whether you want to be completely lethal, completely non-lethal, or somewhere in between. Every mission in Dishonored 2 is an unforgettable scenario, thanks purely to its sheer mechanical strength.
