Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath
Oddworld titles seem to be the epitome of “underrated”, never quite getting the attention they deserve. Such is the case with Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath which saw the player controlling a bounty hunter named the Stranger who used living ammo. Yes, small creatures are launched with a crossbow and have different effects depending on which is used. Despite the weird yet altogether well-crafted gameplay, Stranger’s Wrath failed to really rake in the sales, releasing in 2005 and only hitting 600,000 copies sold by 2012.
