The mind of a serial killer is a dangerous place that eludes understanding. Such is personified incredibly well thanks to Silent Hill 4 and the battle against the deranged cultist Walter Sullivan. His obsessive personality due to being raised by a cult led him towards killing 21 people. His creepy presence is only heightened when as a ghost, he displays abilities far beyond that of the normal human he appears to be, such as control over pocket realities and the ability to exist as multiple entities.
