Dark Souls 3 is absolutely littered with secrets and things that may not be immediately obvious while playing. Whether it’s an optional area or boss with tons of powerful loot, the odd little occurrence or secret routes, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy when replaying the game. Old King’s Antechamber
After defeating the Old Demon King, you’ll have an optional area to traverse to. Explore the Smouldering Lake a bit more and eventually you’ll come across the Old King’s Antechamber. It’s one of the biggest dungeons in the game and offers a bunch of useful. Pyromancers are especially recommended to check it out due to Quelana’s Pyromancy Tome which can be given to Karla to unlock pyromancies like Fire Whip and Firestorm.
