Resident Evil 6 in and of itself is a terrible game with little to no redeeming qualities, so even a solid remaster couldn’t have done much to fix this broken mess. RE6 HD, however, was far from a solid remaster. It was, instead, a lazy upres patch disguised as a remastered launch, which touched up the game’s visuals in the most basic ways possible, doing little more than the bare minimum (and at times not even that).
