1. Bloodborne
When Bloodborne was announced, it was billed as a spiritual successor to Demon’s Souls, but longtime fans of From Software’s work will recognize a good chunk of Shadow Tower’s DNA in Hidetaka Miyazaki’s (he was the game director on Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls, by the by) latest, and that’s something to get excited about. Aesthetically, the game continues Shadow Tower’s gothic style, and the combat looks like a faster paced Dark Souls. And really, at this point, do I even have to tell you to be excited for this? The game releases on February 6th, 2015.
