Cards/Temporary Weapons

The REQ System in Halo 5 and Burn Cards in Titanfall are pretty cool and balanced, essentially allowing for some random perks to give you an advantage at times. However, some of them are single use. You can collect multiple versions of the same card but why in the world would an army send their soldiers in with weapons that could only be used once? At least in Star Wars Battlefront the Star Cards have cool downs. But use that pretty little Voids Tear once in Warzone and it’s gone until you find another later.
