Shenzhen I/O is made by the developer of TIS-100, and at their core, the games share the same DNA. Shenzhen I/O is also a pure yet simplified representation of hacking, more than most games on this list, and it, too, presents players with problems that are essentially puzzle boxes to be solved through code and circuits.
