Lost Odyssey
As with some games on this list, Lost Odyssey can be pretty quirky with its loading times. The real long ones are reserved for when a cutscene starts, a battle begins or when changing from one screen to the next. Some loading screens even take a while to display the loading icon and other elements, like that long intro for a movie with way too many production companies showcasing their logos.
