Journey
Thatgamecompany’s ultimate adventure game, Journey is many things – atmospheric, gorgeous, unique, especially with how it handles co-op. It’s also short, taking about two to three hours. You’re encouraged to revisit if only to re-immerse yourself in its setting and music, encounter new players and wordlessly complete the game with them. Say what you will about how Dark Souls innovated asynchronous multiplayer, but Journey deserves just as much credit for how it handles the same.
