Peter Jackson’s King Kong
Deftly mixing first-person shooting and third-person combat, Peter Jackson’s King Kong is a great game, even without the movie tie-in. Moving through skull island as a human, watching towering dinosaurs pass by and trying to shoot them down as best as you can is one side of the fun, and brutally assaulting the same beasts as Kong is the other side. It adapts the film while also remaining something unqiue and fun in its own right.
