ORPHAN OF KOS (BLOODBORNE)
The Orphan of Kos from The Old Hunters is that rarely seen and terrifying blend of a boss that’s not only nightmarishly difficult, but also horrifying to look at. Both the stages of this fight are an ordeal to get through, with this monstrosity having devastating attacks in its arsenal that can hit you like a ton of bricks regardless of how far away you stand from it, while its horrific screams and the generally uneasy atmosphere make it that much more challenging. There’s no shortage of tough boss encounters in Bloodborne, but this is probably the hardest of them all.
