POTS (ASSASSIN’S CREED ORIGINS)

Smashing pots is a long-standing tradition that has persisted in video games for decades. It’s almost like an unwritten rule- when you see pots, you gotta smash em. Assassin’s Creed Origins has plenty pot smashing as well, and most of the times it actually pays off- you get some gear, you get resources and materials, and more importantly, you get to break stuff. Why wouldn’t you smash pots, right? Some pots, though, are hiding deadlier secrets. Some pots are not like all the other pots. Some pots get smashed, and inflict their vengeance upon you from beyond the grave, revealing their content to be snakes that hiss and sting with typical snake-like fury. Of course, that rarely ever deters us. Getting bit by a few deadly, poisonous snakes is a price most of us are willing to pay for smashing every single pot in ancient Egypt.
