Arthur deserves some credit for being a better swimmer than John- but that’s like saying Anthem deserves credit for being a better looter shooter than Fallout 76. Arthur is somewhat better, but he’s still a terrible swimmer. He can last a handful of seconds in water, but his health and stamina drain at a rapid pace while he’s swimming, while his torturously slow swimming speed also means that even if you do take a dip, you won’t get very far.
