BULLY
Rockstar as a developer has often struggled with PC ports (many of those are even mentioned in this feature)- yet another game to fall in that category is Bully. At launch, it was locked at 30 FPS, which it couldn’t maintain consistently, while texture issues, poor optimization of controls, and long load times also added to the problems. Thankfully, Rockstar put in quite a bit of work on the game’s PC version after its release, so it’s in a vastly better state now than it was at launch.
