Watch Dogs had no shortage of issues even on consoles, but on PC, it was an absolute mess. Frame rate issues completely broke the game, making it unplayable, and these issues were even more aggravating if you tried to use the higher graphics settings. On top of that, there was a widespread issue that corrupted saves, forcing players to restart the game entirely. Meanwhile, other issues such as glitches and crashes dragged the whole experience down even more. Ubisoft did fix the vast majority of issues with post-launch patches, but the state the game launched on PC is hard to forget even today.
