Once Resident Evil 5 led the series down the path to action, it decided to steer into the skid. There were three campaigns to choose from, one trying to recreate the series’ horror routes while the others relied more on the action. Even the horror aspects fall flat, resulting in the worst numbered entry in the franchise.
