NEW FUSION MECHANICS
Fusion is probably one of the most intriguing mechanics in the Persona games- the ability to fuse two or more of the several Personas we posses to create something entirely new was entertaining, mysterious, addictive and complex in equal measure. We’re not saying there was anything wrong with Persona fusion in Persona 3 and 4- it was one of the areas of the two games people have zero complaints with. However, after having seen the same fusion mechanics in the last two games, we are hoping Atlus will bring about some changes in Persona 5 to keep it fresh. We don’t want a major overhaul of the fusion mechanics- we just want a few minor surprises to keep it from becoming stale.
