Another of the cities that refuses to step back when it comes to technology, Hong Kong is dotted with skyscrapers and internet speeds in excess of 1 GBPS. With one of the best transport facilities, this financial hub of the region has the whole city connected under a big umbrella network and goes on to feature biometric recognition systems even in schools. Way to go Watch Dogs.
