Silent Hill 2 Mysterious Texture Bug
When the two Pyramid Heads take out Maria near the end of Silent Hill HD an even more hideous fate befalls her. A texture glitch causes here right eye to be replaced with her teeth. It’s absolutely terrifying, despite it being completely unintentional.
