In Silent Hill Shattered Memories, if you call the Konami support number from your in-game phone you are greeted by a special message. An operator will answer and tell you ‘Our caller ID shows that you are calling from Silent Hill. I regret to inform you that you are beyond even our help.’ Looks like we won’t be getting help after all.
