Our “favourite” anti-climatic ending of all time. The Vault is hyped up as full of treasures but huzzah – you arrive, only to battle a horrifying monster called The Destroyer. Slay The Destroyer – or a part of it – and you get garbage as a reward. We then cut to a Hyperion satellite, revealed in the sequel as Handsome Jack’s ploy, and a Claptrap robot being activated for some DLC. “Disappointing” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
