Just like its predecessors, Xenoblade 2 has a truly excellent combat system, one that is easy enough to grasp (or at least the basics of it), but one that, if you really invest in it and put in some time and effort to understand its workings, becomes an absolute joy to master. Exploration is also compelling, thanks in equal parts to the strong visual and world design.
