Pony Island – A Battle Against Steam Messages
Pony Island is an indie hit very similar to Undertale in that its all about messing with the player’s expectations. It looks like a happy-go-lucky kids game, but in reality that’s just a cover for what lies below.
At one point, you’ll run into a battle against a boss that will try to distract you by using Steam’s messaging system. He’ll send you little warnings and pop-ups and Steam achievements that will distract and belittle you, and you have to turn off the notifications to beat him.
