Speaking of Souls, in 2018, FromSoftware brought the original Dark Souls into the modern generation with updated visuals and performance, and we were reminded once again of just why the game took the world by storm back in 2011. Of all Dark Souls games, the first one is perhaps the best at finding the best balance in difficulty (barring a few notable exceptions), and trudging through the grim and dark world of Lordran once again was just as excellent an experience as we remembered.
