Crackdown 3 was doomed from the get go, even though at first it didn’t seem like it. Microsoft had grand ambitions for the game, but multiple delays and developer changes led to most of those ambitions being thrown out the window. A static open world, dull and repetitive gameplay, and thoroughly outdated mechanics were just a few of the many, many issues that plagued this game.
