4. Darkeater Midir – Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City DLC

Darkeater Midir the dragon rankly only slightly above Gael in difficulty but don’t let that comfort you. First, Midir will ambush you on a bridge. Hide behind the rock too much and he’ll punish you with his flame breath. Stay beneath him for too long and he can knock you into the chasm. After finally “beating” him in this phase, you must venture down to Midir’s lair. He has the most health of any Dark Souls 3 boss and is only his head allows for “normal” damage. His attacks are highly damaging and due to Midir’s sheer size, the camera isn’t very cooperative. Upon channelling the Abyss, Midir becomes even more dangerous with even longer charge attacks and a more powerful beam that can destroy you quickly.
