But Breath of the Wild has a story of its own to tell too. Unlike previous games where story progression has been linear and delivered by cutscenes and exposition, this game will make storytelling a part of its fiber of gameplay. The world of Breath of the Wild, rather than its cinematics, will tell the story. Think of how the story was shared with the players in games like Dark Souls or Metroid Prime. Nintendo are now bringing that same style of storytelling to Zelda.
