THE BEAUTY AND THE BEAST UNIT (METAL GEAR SOLID 4)
The Beauty and the Beast served as the main bosses of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, but their purpose went beyond just that. Hideo Kojima actually developed them as self-contained characters, with each having their own unique traits and backstories. The Beauty and the Beast Unit was Liquid Ocelot’s elite squad of soldiers, powered by extremely dangerous combat suits. What’s more interesting, though, that each of these four deadly women suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder after having faced “the horrors of war”.
