While we sympathize with Alexander Wachs, who had the police called to his place as an act of swatting, he did have 30 grams of marijuana lying around. Since this was 2014 and a fairly big no-no, he was charged for possession. However, given the way the evidence was discovered, the charges were eventually dropped. So quite frankly, we’re not sure what to make of this whole thing expect again, that swatting is bad.
