There is a Lack of Checkpoints in GTA: San Andreas

Missions in GTA: San Andreas can be quite long and difficult. Unfortunately, there is a lack of checkpoints and if players die or fail a mission, they’re forced to start it from the beginning. This gets tedious and it makes one resistant to replays. It’s a good thing that this issue is addressed in subsequent GTA games which made life easier for many.
