Spyro The Dragon

Speaking of demos that offered tons of content and things to do, Spyro the Dragon is another standout. If you’ve played the recent remake, this will all seem familiar – collect the jewels, save the dragons, incinerate foes and so on. For its time however, Spyro the Dragon just felt like an awesome new platformer. It encouraged exploration as much as platforming and light puzzle solving, and having such a hefty demo to introduce the game was the right call.
