Driveclub is not supposed to be a racing simulator and yet it will give players a first person perspective while racing. Earlier, Evolution had claimed that they will stick to the first person perspective for the game but apparently have listened to the cries of the fans.

Evolution Studios have promised that they have put their noses to the grindstone to make the first person racing experience a total stunner and for those of you who still would wish to look at their cars in a race, will have the opportunity to do so.
